Return and Refund Policy

At Nutranest we want you to receive your order in good condition. We offer a 7 day return and refund policy.

Return Period

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

After 7 days we will not accept any return or refund claim.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return the product must meet all of the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original and genuine condition
• The product seal must be completely unopened
• The product label must not be removed or damaged
• The product must not be used or opened
• The product must be returned in its original condition

If the product seal has been opened the product will not be eligible for return or refund.

Missing Items

Please check your order when you receive it.

Any claim about missing items must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Claims made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse we will inspect it.

We will check the product condition and make sure that the seal is still unopened and the product meets our return conditions.

If the product does not meet the return conditions the refund claim will not be accepted.

If the returned product passes our inspection the refund will be approved.

Refund Time

After the returned product is received and successfully inspected at our warehouse the approved refund will be transferred to your provided account within 14 days.

Please make sure your return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products with an opened seal will not be accepted for return or refund.

Products with a removed or damaged label will not be accepted for return or refund.

Claims for missing items after 7 days will not be accepted.

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
